Projector Lamp Warranty

Projector Lamp Warranty applicable to certain projectors as advised by SANYO from time to time (limited to a single lamp claim per projector) is based upon the following criteria.

The projector must not be operated for more than 5 hours per day, and must be operated in accordance with the supplied instruction manual, with routine maintenance undertaken at regular intervals.

The lamp warranty applies exclusively to complete failure of the lamp and is not applicable to normal wear and tear such as reduced brightness over time.

The warranty period commences from the purchase date of the projector. For the warranty to be valid, registration of the projector on the SANYO website must be completed within 90 days from the purchase date.

Warranty claims may not be accepted where registration of the projector on the SANYO web site was not completed within 90 days of the purchase date. It is further advised that the purchaser retain their original proof of purchase as SANYO reserves the right to have sight of this document before issuing a lamp under these terms.

SANYO reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to determine the validity of any lamp warranty claim. SANYO’s decision will be final.

SANYO will process each valid claim as quickly as possible within the constraints of their operational procedures.  SANYO shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, consequential or otherwise, howsoever caused due to any delay whatsoever in the supply of a replacement lamp under this warranty.

The lamp warranty is for a replacement lamp only. There is no cash alternative and the lamp warranty is not transferable.

The user is advised that Projector lamps are classed as consumable items. SANYO gives no guarantee that the expected life will always be achieved.
