Projector Exchange Service
SANYO De-installation / Re-Installation Projector Exchange Service upgrades the SANYO Projector Exchange Service by the addition of a de-installation / re-installation service.
The following additional conditions apply:
The de-installation / re-installation service is only applicable to those projector models advised by SANYO from time to time.
The de-installation / re-installation service is only available on the UK Mainland.
The de-installation / re-installation service shall become active only when the customer has provided appropriate proof of purchase details to the SANYO Service Centre. The model and serial number of the projector must be quoted when requesting the de-installation / reinstallation service.
SANYO will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that an engineer arrives within 2 working days (or as previously arranged) to undertake the exchange.
The customer shall confirm that the highest point of the projector is not more than 3 Metres from ground level and that site conditions are appropriate to enable the engineer to perform the de-installation and re-installation tasks with reference to current health and safety legislation. Projectors sited in locations not meeting the criteria may not be exchanged by the engineer.
