Service Types:
RTB – means that the user must send the faulty unit back to the repair company at their own expense
COVERPLUS – means that a loan unit may be provided if the user has purchased and registered for the higher level service
EXCHANGE – means that an exchange unit will be provided rather than a repair of the original unit
DE/RE-INSTALL – means that an engineer will attend site to de-install the faulty unit and to install the exchange unit
ON-SITE – means that an engineer will usually attend site to carry out a repair
